Parsley is also considered to be helpful in purifying the blood.
Add parsley to your smoothies (I'm a big fan of smoothies ever since I invested in a Vitamix machine) and juicers (fresh juice for detoxing will always be more beneficial than a smoothie because a smoothie requires digestion for the fiber, whereas juice, on an empty stomach, infuses the blood with nutrients, with little to no digestion).
So, don't let that server in the restaurant take your plate away without you popping that sprig into your mouth and remember to try and incorporate as much of this herb as possible into your diet.
