1 organic half cucumber
Touch of sea salt
1 teaspoon Chinese pepper corn
2 tablespoons rose petals (pre-wash and strain) Best if not fertilized
1 organic clove of garlic
1 teaspoon ume plum vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Shred cucumber (Do not peel. Eat with green)
Add a little pink sea salt
Mix with pepper corn
Let sit for 10 minutes
Drain whatever liquid there is and remove peppercorn
Mix with rose petals and crushed garlic
